Has served as mediator, arbitrator or referee in more than 300 cases in many different subject areas, including construction contract and defect claims, real estate (particularly sales, leasing, partition, land use, fraud, foreclosures, eminent domain and inverse condemnation, easements, and cotenancies), business, contract and partnership disputes, estate and trust matters, securities, legal malpractice, employment discrimination and termination. Mediator and arbitrator for the San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara and Contra Costa County Superior Courts; Member of the Probate ADR Panels in San Francisco and San Mateo Counties and the Mediation Panel for the California Court of Appeal, First Appellate District.
