Hearings may be scheduled at your office or at other convenient locations in the San Francisco Bay Area.

All matters will be billed at the rate of $450 per hour.  There are no administrative fees or expenses unless otherwise agreed in advance.  For full day cases, there is no charge for travel time up to one hour each way.  All fees and any authorized expenses are payable by advance deposit.

Full payment of the advance deposit is required for cancellation or rescheduling as follows: full day matter with less than 10 days written notice; multi-day matter with less than 21 days written notice.  Cancellation and rescheduling fees are payable by the requesting party unless otherwise ordered or agreed.  Rescheduling will be conditioned upon payment of the rescheduling fee in advance.
