Michael has been an provider of dispute resolution services for over fifteen years. He has mediated and arbitrated cases involving a wide variety of business and commercial disputes, construction defect cases, construction contract matters, securities fraud, trusts and estates, real estate (including sales, leasing, financing, development, foreclosures, fraud claims, eminent domain, easements, and cotenancies) partnership disputes, employment discrimination and termination, sexual harassment, legal malpractice and other attorney-client matters. He has also acted as a court-appointed referee in real estate and commercial disputes.
He is a member of the mediation panels of various courts, including the San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara and Contra Costa County Superior Courts, and the California Court of Appeal, First Appellate District. He serves as a member of the Early Settlement Panel of the Bar Association of San Francisco.
