MICHAEL P. CARBONE, a panelist with ADR Services, Inc. in San Francisco, is a mediator, arbitrator and referee who resolves legal disputes in a wide variety of fields.

His ADR and law practice has included construction claims and defects, real estate, employ-ment, business, estate and trust, personal injury, health care, and other civil matters. He has been a lawyer for more than forty years.  He holds his B.S. and J.D. degrees from the University of San Francisco, where he was a member of the Law Review and the McAuliffe Honor Society.
